MobileTech R6.0 for Signature 6.0.12

MobileTech R6.0 is compatible with Signature 2015 R2 SP2, Signature 2016 R3, and Signature 2018. It is recommended to consult your system administrator before installation. Please refer to the Readme for further details.

NEW FEATURES:

• Ability to control email delivery for technicians (On|Off)
• Enhancements to the Report Maintenance admin window
• Required Task Responses – Task responses can now be set as required in Signature and subsequently required by MobileTech during the appointment completion process
• Display inventory Quantity Available in the Site Inventory lookup
• Equip equipment assignment during the appointment completion process. The level of validation can be set to OPTIONAL, WARNING, or REQUIRED
• Added event-based sync to Field Payment form
• Capability to create additional Job Appointments and Service Appointments during the appointment completion process
• Inclusion of Refrigerant tracking information in the Call Summary report

ISSUES FIXED:

• Changing of Activity ID leading to duplicate appointments and potential “TECHNICIAN xxxxx is not currently assigned to appointment” error
• Inability to hide the Unknown Vendor when UnknownVendorId = blank
• Appointment notes not refreshing for appointments, service calls, customer, location when accessed through the calendar
• Barcode scanning functionality on assigned/unassigned equipment
